For young designer.you must be authentic, work hard than anyone else also you must to get off the computer and connect with real people and culture. for sure you must constanly to improve your craft. make the things with your own hands. also for young designer you must travel as much as you can to get more experience.being original and try not to work for stupid people. and also for younger designer dont be sad if all else were fails. you must to work harder to be the best designer.
